Our body works like machine. without proper care and nutrition, all the parts, overtime, will get wear and tear. Osteoarthritis is the result of such”wear and tear”—an inflammation of a joint or joints. As the most common type of arthritis,  it affects more than 25 million North Americans.Osteoarthritis can be either from aging, obesity or repetitive use.  Therefore,  change lifestyle and switch to certain foods will prevent the onset or worsening of osteoarthritis.
